Our Story
Founded in 1988, Vincenzo’s has been a family-owned and operated establishment, dedicated to preserving the culinary traditions of Sicily and Italy. We brought the love for Italian-Sicilian cuisine to Southern California, creating a warm, welcoming space where guests can enjoy time-honored recipes passed down through generations.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide an authentic Italian-Sicilian dining experience, using only the finest ingredients, many of which are sourced directly from Italy. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and creating a family-friendly atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
We take pride in the caliber of our staff. Matter of fact, between our leads and the kitchen Chefs we have over a 120 years of experience in fine gastronomy.

Our Chef de Cuisine
Is a veteran in fine Italian gastronomy for close to forty years. His emphasis for perfection is second to none. Being part of world class Italian restaurants all over Las Vegas and California for decades, our Chef is an indispensable asset for our restaurant & to the community at large. And the fact that he speaks Italian fluently in multiple dialects, is a nice little ‘garnish’ to his amazing dishes.
Our Operator
Spent years in Switzerland working and learning from some of the best in the world in the hotel & restaurant business. Understanding the technicalities of fine service and the importance of good food, it was not hard to determine his calling in life is hospitality. The love for serving our fellow humans and the humility & self satisfaction that comes with it is ingrained in the culture of our restaurant. And the motto of his Swiss teachers still resonates today at Vincenzo’s: ‘King of Hoteliers, Hotelier of Kings’.
